The division of SMT-assembling - one of the advanced in Belarus also provides assembling of passive components of 0201 and 01005 cases, active components in BGA and micro BGA, work with Pb-technologies and work on third class of IPC610.
The line of surface assembling will consist from the automatic screen printer DEK 288, automatic pick and place machine Opal-X″, oven reflow with the built - in control system of process ERSA Hotflow 7. The line is added with the manual pick and place machine LM901 series for making experimental and small parties.
The automatic screen printer DEK 288 is intended for causing technological materials in conditions middle and mass production.
The automatic machine- Opal-X″ is capable to place any components - from 01005 case up to large CSP, Flip, Chips, QFP with small step of pins, productivity 17,7 thousand components per hour.
Six zoned oven reflow with the built - in control system of process ERSA Hotflow 7 provides the high-quality soldering of any products with application lead and Pb-free technologies.
In 2010 the company plans to put the second line of SMT-assembling, total productivity makes 100 000 components per hour.
